How to Operation

1.Add the oil mixture to the tank.
2.Install a sleeve of the right size.
3.Check that the flameout switch is in the "-" position.
4.Close the damper when the machine is cold to start, and you can open the damper to start when the machine is hot. Wait for the machine to work properly before starting drilling.
5.Press the fuel bubble to suck up the oil pipe until the air is eliminated.
6.Start the machine and pull the starter continuously.
7.Set the hand grip to the right position.
8.Add oil to the throttle before working until the engine is normal and you can work when you hear a crisp sound.
9.Start working, drill to the depth you want, and stop.
10.Stop working by just turning off the flameout switch to the “0” position.

Normal Faults and Solutions

1.If the tapping machine does not work:
The speed of the carburetor can be slightly adjusted. If the impact frequency is too high to hold, the impact frequency can be reduced. Otherwise, the impact frequency should be increased. Please note that this is a fine adjustment.

2.The machine is not easy to start:
1) Firstly, please check the ratio of oil: gasoline: oil=25:1, and be sure to use good secondary flushing oil.
2) The starter rope can be pulled out an arm's length and can be continuously pulled two or three times to start, but this is also related to temperature and sometimes requires several pulls.
3) When the cold engine starts, close the damper (For good starting, the hot engine can be opened and started.) and open the damper switch after the machine is normal.

Notes

1.The product does not come with drill bits and chisels, you need to prepare them yourself.
2.Please pay attention to whether the oil inlet pipe is full of oil before use.
3.After starting up, you need to empty the throttle and let the machine start for a while before starting work.
4.The carburetor must be cleaned after every 100 hours of operation before use. The air filter sponge must be cleaned after 36 hours of operation. If not used for a long time, the fuel and oil must be cleaned out of the tank and packed in a plastic bag to avoid dust and moisture entering the machine and affecting its use.
